bulletsWe were briefed to recreate the experience of a sea voyage

bulletsAnd create something extremely memorable, since this was the fifth year of Voyage and the same had to be celebrated

bulletsThe strategy was to reinforce the theme at every turn with engaging and immersive experiences, incorporating a creative and modern take for the 5th edition

bulletsThe stage, designed as a ship, was a combination of the modern-day cruise-liner and the wooden sailing vessels of yesteryears

bulletsThe result was a modern passenger ship that incorporated 4 sails - a throwback to the ships seen in the last 4 years of ‘Voyage’

bulletsVarious elements at the event, from the stage to the standees, were created to emphasise the fact that this was the 5th edition

bulletsThe ‘sea voyage’ theme ran throughout the event with ship-related designs incorporated everywhere from the photo op and the registration area, to the journey wall, standees and even the conference sessions, named after popular sea phrases like ‘Taking the Helm’

bulletsTechnology made for a quick, engaging and easy registration process

bulletsGuests printed their own credentials at the click of a button, and on returning these, received giveaway bags

bulletsApart from television, the conference was also aired LIVE on the web reaching out to distributors and financial advisors pan-India.
