BriefBrief

FHMKTG was mandated to plan and execute both the camps for the global team of NBA. The following duties were looked after by us:

bulletsLogistic management including arrivals & departures transfers, daily transportation

bulletsProduction & fabrication of camp branding elements

bulletsTechnical support for audio/video requirements during both camps

bulletsHospitality for campers + VIP guests including planning and execution of guest programs

bulletsDaily camp operations

ApproachApproach

bulletsOur team visited Delhi & Noida two months prior to the camps along with the NBA USA & India team and conducted detailed site surveys, meetings and interactions with all parties that would be involved

bulletsFrom visiting the academy, to talking to the hotels where the campers/guests would stay, NBA & FHMKTG left no stone unturned to ensure an experience in India that was at par with any other BWB Camps from the other continents.

bulletsOver the course of the next months, FHMKTG & NBA USA constantly liasoned as we planned minute by minute details of the camp including collaterals fabrication (from samples to final products), designing few branding elements at the camp, coordinating with the NBA appointed security services team that would be an instrumental part in daily movement security & coordination for all the campers and guests

bulletsFor the guest programs, FHMKTG suggested the best options for the campers & VIP guests by planning a movie night for the 85 campers and trips to the Taj Mahal, Akshardham temple, Raj Ghat & a day-shopping trip for the NBA VIP teams and their guests

ImplementationImplementation

bulletsAs logistics played a very big part during the entire program, FHMKTG ensured that the spade work for all vehicles was done and locked in advance with NBA

bulletsConsidering a daily logistic requirement of more than 30 vehicles ranging from 45 seater buses to commuters and even top of the line luxury vehicles for VIPs, we worked with our trusted partners in Delhi to ensure a flawless coordination and daily deployment of vehicle

bulletsEach vehicle was checked in advance to ensure that it met quality, hygiene & safety standards and each driver was briefed personally to facilitate smoother coordination and translation each day

bulletsFor our guest programs, we ensured that the campers or the VIPs got a great experience in India.

bulletsWe facilitated a movie-night for the campers at one of the best multiplexes in the city. For the VIP programs, we even brought on board trained & official guides from the Indian Tourism Ministry for the guests assistance during the program

bulletsRunning the camp on a daily basis included coordination with the facility to ensure that all details from daily court maintenance to guest management and all camper meals were taken care of as per the schedule. Each day, our team would work with the facility team to tick off all the boxes and ensure the smooth running of the camp
