To engage the audience in a never before manner and give them a wow experience.
The core idea was to showcase the beauty of Oriflame’s homeland – Stockholm and to encourage the audience to achieve their targets and make it to Stockholm.
We stitched together the concept of Home Swede Home. Everything was planned and designed to make the audience feel like in Stockholm. From the welcome to the entries of the top management everything was done in complete Swedish style and tradition.
The 3-day spectacle commenced with a mesmerizing Sundowner Party at the beautiful beachside lawns of Holiday Inn. Amidst a lazy sunset over the Arabian Sea, stunning décor, fun and fanfare, the Oriflame top management surprised all the attendees by making their way onto the stage riding colourful Vespas. Then, they proceeded to a massive installation of the brand’s name – and in keeping with the brand promise of letting our dreams soar – they cued the whole installation to take flight with the aid of thousands of balloons in the Swedish colours of yellow and blue. This never-before-seen idea became the hallmark of the welcome party for the attendees who danced the evening away with our incredible dancers and DJ.
Themed “Home Swede Home”, the conference day showcased the beauty of Stockholm – Oriflame’s hometown, in a splendid manner right from the colourfully iconic buildings of Gamla Stan to multiple engagement spots where the audiences took thousands of pictures.
In addition, the day also saw multiple performances and an opportunity to write a postcard for the founders and send it back to Sweden.
The awards night had wonderfully amplified immersive audio-visuals, intelligent technicals, stunning performances and innovative recognition ideas! Overall, the event gave a magnified view of how it feels to have one’s dream come true and turning this dream into an epic celebration such as this.
